We would like to invite you and your family to attend a guided tour of our 5-STAR vacation resort. Located on a tranquil wooded setting next door to Water Country USA, and less than 5 minutes away from downtown Colonial Williamsburg or the Busch Gardens.
Your own personal tour guide will show you around the resort property and you'll get to walk inside the different style units to see all the featured amenities and the layout of the floor plans.
There are beautifully decorated colonial cottages, townhomes and our new Estates units, all of the units offer ample living space, with separate bedrooms & separate bathrooms, full kitchens, dish washers, washer & dryer and color TVs in all the bedrooms. The resort also features a large pool, Jacuzzi tub, sauna and an exercise room that has stationary bikes, treadmills, an elliptical cycle and a variety of weight lifting machines.
Because this is a promotional offer, there are eligibility conditions you must meet in order to participate. This offer is designed for adult couples and/or families, 25 years of age or older, either married or cohabitating, with a combined income of $50,00 a year or more. Tours of the resort are available 5 days a week and start at 10am, by appointment only. We are currently closed on Wednesday's and Thursday's.
