Eligibility Conditions
This offer is designed for couples/families either married, engaged or cohabiting at least 25 years of age or older with a combined annual income of $50,000 a year or more. This offer is also limited to one per family or group traveling together and you must not have already toured the resort in the past 12 months. You must also show 2 valid forms of I.D. when you begin your tour, a drivers license and a major credit card, debit cards are not accepted.
Your own personal tour guide will show around the vacation resort property and its amenities. You get to go inside each one of the different style units and see the different bedroom layouts for the Cottages, Townhomes & the newest units called the Estates. They will also explain to you the benefits of vacation ownership and go over the pricing of what it costs to be a member of our resort.
There is absolutely no obligation to buy anything or join the resort just for attending the tour. We guarantee you will the receive the tickets in your hand immediately after your tour and may be used on the same day or any other day during your vacation.
